Team Connect

Earlier this month we had our first Team Connect session here at The Firs. We introduced these bi-monthly team building sessions following our annual team well-being survey. Each Team Connect session is planned and delivered by two members of the team and the activities can be anything of their choice and it is a chance for them to share their skills and passions with the wider team.

First up was Abi and Isaac who got us all planting trees and making natural coasters for our coffee cups in the office! We have to say, despite the weather on the day, everyone really enjoyed the activities and we all now have our very own trees planted at The Firs that we can nurture and watch grow over the coming years!

Zoe, our CEO shares with us "We didn’t just plant trees - we grew our connections. By digging, laughing, and getting a little muddy together, we strengthened the roots that hold our team up. The trees we planted will grow for years, and so will the bonds we built along the way."
