Learning at Work Week

This week is Learning at Work Week and Gareth, our Outdoor Learning Facilitator shares with us:

"Since joining EFT 2 years ago, I’ve been encouraged to grow my knowledge and experience to help me fulfil my role. It has been an amazing journey that has brought me into contact with some extraordinary people. I have been able to push myself in my learning in a very supportive environment to develop my professional and pastoral skills.

The highlight of this has been my Forest School Level 3 training. This included a week learning in the woods with the very experienced Sussex Wildlife Trust and I have just recently completed 3 days on practical skills. I count myself very lucky that I am able to work in a job I love with caring and knowledgeable people. Every day's a learning day!"
