Well-being in the Wild Sessions

We still have a couple of spaces on our Wellbeing in the Wild course for any parent, grandparent or care giver.

Come along to our weekly sessions and learn about the 5 steps to wellbeing and connect with like-minded people in nature:

  • CONNECT with like-minded people

  • Be ACTIVE by taking part in short walks

  • Take NOTICE of the world around you

  • LEARN more about plants and wildlife

  • GIVE back to the local community

​The sessions take place on Wednesdays until the 6th December at Shornden Meadow in Alexandra Park, between 12.30-14.30.
