A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our consultation survey on the proposed development at The Firs. Your feedback has been invaluable and is helping shape the future of the site.

We’re pleased to share that, building on what we heard, we’ve now commissioned a specialist consultant to help us design a strong project brief. This will enable us to work in partnership with Hastings United to develop a clear, deliverable vision and begin pitching the project to potential funders.

We’re excited about the next steps and look forward to keeping the community updated as plans progress. Thank you again for your support — it really does make a difference.
